No matter where in your vegan journey you may be, chances are you have come across articles, discussions, or even personally been told that feeding your vegan kids is unsafe.

Many of us have heard or read stories of vegan babies being hospitalized due to malnutrition as a result of being fed a vegan diet. And while many of us know that a vegan diet can support the growth of our children, it still gives us that little gut-feeling of “is a vegan diet truly unsafe?”
