Affiliate Program Frequently Asked Questions

1. What do I need to become an affiliate?
   
   Requirements to participate in our Affiliate Program is to be of 18 years old or older, a Registered Dietitian and/or other healthcare provider, a customer of any VKN product, support a vegan lifestyle, and have a valid PayPal account.
   

2. How does it work?
   
   After you have completed the sign-up form, your application will be reviewed for approval. You will be notified via email and if approved, additional details on how to access your Affiliate Dashboard on Teachable will be provided. Once approved, you may use provided affiliate links on your website and/or social media.
   

3. When and how do I get paid?
   
   You will get paid for any qualifying purchase on the 1st of every month through PayPal. A valid PayPal account is required to receive payments. Due to Teachable’s 30-day return policy, Teachable will hold payment for 30 days. Thus, referrals during the month of January will be paid on March 1st.
   

4. What commission do I get for qualifying sales?
   
   You will receive 30% commission for each sale that comes from your unique affiliate link. All online products may be promoted.
   

5. How do you track my sales?
   
   Visitors and sales are tracked by placing a cookie in the customer's browser. Cookies last for 90 days. If the customer decides to purchase the product within those 90 days your account will be credited with the affiliate commission.
   

6. Are there any restrictions in which I promote the product?
   
   As an affiliate, it is strictly forbidden to:

   • Use unsolicited email (known as spam), pop-ups, pop-under, exit pages as well as any other techniques obviously or secretly driving customers to the Vegan Kids Nutrition online products.

   • Engage in Pay-Per-Click campaigns on keywords such as Vegan Kids Nutrition’s name or website, and/or any misspellings or similar alterations of these – be it separately or in combination with other keywords.

   • Place links in such manner that may (intentionally or unintentionally) mislead the customers

   • Use automatic redirection or any automatically method for saving a cookie of an affiliate.

   • Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any intellectual property rights
     

7. What type of products are available?
   
   You may promote any of the following online products:
   - Vegan Kids Cookbook
   - Vegan Baby Led Weaning course
   - Vegan Kids Nutrition Blueprint course
   

8. How do I get my referral l inks?
   
   A unique affiliate link will be created for you. This will be provided to you in the application approval email and you may also find it in your Affiliate Dashboard.
   

9. What should I do if the customer contacts me?
   
   If a customer reaches out about trouble logging in to their Teachable account or a payment issue, please direct them to info@nutritiousvida.com
